Three things to know

  1. Clifford Hospital promoted direct billing for eligible international patients. It is not automatic or full insurance coverage. Confirm network status, authorization, exclusions, limits and a backup payment route with the hospital and insurer before travel.

  2. HUTCHMED reported a US application for ORPATHYS plus TAGRISSO, with a different patient population from the approved use described for China. Submission is not approval. Cancer type, prior treatment and biomarker criteria still determine who may be eligible.

  3. APACMed’s Singapore agenda included a session on China’s medical technology, diagnostics and digital health. At the briefing’s cutoff, it had not taken place. An agenda does not establish meeting outcomes or treatment availability.

This is a dated video briefing. Reports and availability may have changed since it was recorded; confirm current details before making plans.
