China’s National Health Commission describes the 2025 tertiary-hospital review framework as covering institutional responsibilities, hospital functions, departments, medical management and professional conduct. Its explanation also discusses quality indicators and routine data monitoring.

Keep the label in context
Our comparison method treats a hospital-level assessment as background. We do not turn it into a doctor score, a promise of language support, or a prediction about an individual’s care.
When a profile shows a grade, retain the wording used by the official source. Record the issuing authority, assessment date and exact institution or campus named. If any detail is missing, mark it unconfirmed instead of filling the gap from another listing.

Use the same questions for each hospital you research. Keep a source link beside every answer so you can return to the original information.
- Identity: do the official name, city and campus match the listing?
- Assessment: which authority issued the grade, and when?
- Department: what does its own current page actually describe?
- Access: which appointment channel and language arrangements are confirmed?
- Costs: which clinic, fee schedule and payment terms does the information cover?

A missing field means there is a question to ask. It does not justify a negative rating. Ask the institution to clarify administrative facts through its official contact channel; discuss clinical suitability with a licensed clinician.
